The Swedish Cake

My mother has always said that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and I have embraced that in my life. I love creating tasty treats from scratch and I love creating unique and fun little pieces of yummy art. I am a stay at home mother with three little darlings ages two, five and seven. I am originally from Sweden, but after 14 years in the South I am a self-proclaimed Southern Belle. I am calling this blog the Swedish Cake, which is probably a stretch. I am Swedish yes, and many of my recipies are Swedish but there is a great deal of American and Southern inspirations that goes into them as well. Enjoy!- Helena
